Tour Madison College Mail Facility

October’s breakfast seminar will take place at Madison College, 1701 Wright St, Madison, WI 53704. Kathy Waters of Madison College has invited us to tour the mail room at Madison College. We’ll learn about their operation. Plus Kathy will tell us how she and her department are participating in the marketing curricula to educate students on the place mail can play as an effective marking tool.

WASHINGTON, DC — The U.S. Postal Service today announced the addition of the Innovation stamps to its 2020 stamp releases. Additional details, including the date these new Forever stamps will be available to purchase, will be announced soon. All images are preliminary and are subject to change prior to printing.

WASHINGTON, DC — The U.S. Postal Service, together with the Universal Hip Hop Museum, today unveiled new Hip Hop stamps to celebrate the many facets of this popular and artistic culture. These Forever stamps are now available at Post Offices nationwide and at usps.com/hiphop. News of the stamps is being shared using the hashtag #HipHopPostageStamps.

WISCONSIN, ILLINOIS — The Post Office will be closed on Saturday, July 4, 2020, in observance of Independence Day. There will be no mail delivery, caller service or Post Office Box service. All services resume on Monday, July 6. The Post Office will be open regularly scheduled hours on July 3.

WASHINGTON, DC — The U.S. Postal Service will issue commemorative Forever stamps celebrating Bugs Bunny’s 80th birthday. The Postal Service and Warner Bros. Consumer Products are excited to dedicate these stamps at a virtual ceremony on July 27, the 80th anniversary of Bugs Bunny’s official screen debut.

COLFAX, WI – Retail and PO Box services have resumed at the Colfax, WI Post Office, located at 602 Main Street. The Colfax Post Office previously relocated services to Boyceville, WI in February due to structural damage to the building.
