Kristin brings extensive experience in postal operations, customer service, and business mail support. She will provide updates on topics affecting the mailing industry and share insights on issues important to our local postal community.

9:20 - 10:00 AM - Keynote Speaker: Mike McInturf (Director, Enterprise & Key Accounts, USPS)
Mike leads strategic relationships with some of USPS's largest commercial customers. With nearly 40 years of Postal Service experience, he brings extensive expertise in business development, customer engagement, and helping organizations maximize the value of USPS mailing and shipping solutions.

10:15 - 11:35 AM - Amanda Weisbacker (United States Postal Inspector)
As the Acting Team Leader of the newly formed Cyber Enabled Revenue Fraud Team, Amanda leads efforts to combat emerging postal fraud schemes. She will discuss fraudulent postage, package fraud, and hazardous materials in the mailstream, providing valuable insights into current threats and prevention efforts.

- Promote local cooperation and support and to foster a close working relationship between the U.S. Postal Service and all businesses that use the mail to communicate and interact with their customers;
- Share information and facilitate the exchange of ideas about new and existing Postal Service products, programs, services, and procedures that affect all businesses that use the mail; and
- Help PCC industry members and their organizations grow and develop professionally through focused educational programs.
