It’s that time of year again to learn more about how to effectively communicate with your customers. The Postal Service is here to serve your needs as we continue to evolve, making sure your message reaches your customers with maximum impact.
The Greater Madison Area PCC (GMAPCC) is holding our National PCC Day event on Monday, September 23 at American Family Insurance, 6000 American Parkway, Madison, WI.

Our speakers include:

Presenting “7 Touches 7 Ways”. Hear how the Foundation effectively communicates with alumni and supporters.

Presenting “Security of the Mail

Steven Monteith, Vice President, Marketing, United States Postal Service, will be our Headquarters speaker.

Local members of the USPS and the mailing industry will be on hand also to answer your questions

PCC Day 2019 will be 8:30 AM – 2 PM. Registration for the event is $35. New members and first-time attendees $15 (check the "First Time" box at registration). Your registration includes lunch.
